It is well created, really sturdy I did try it. I found when I kicked the bar I didn’t have excellent balance but that got better with practice. As for speed, I believe it’s the exact same regardless of whether you kick or push. I think normal scooters go a little faster because they are lighter. It has a kick stand so you are able to stand it up, but I discovered it to become a unreliable unless it is a really flat surface. Over all I think it was worth the additional price.
We have all the scooters out there so I thought this 1 might be awesome because you can’t push it with your foot. It’s pretty cool. It is nothing new because we are used to scooters but it gives it a new twist. It really works as well. It’s great exercise.
This scooter was bought for a 6 year old. It has proved to be all that was expected. It’s a great teaching tool for balance and offers much enjoyment.
This was a gift for my 8 year old son. He likes the scooter but said it took some time to obtain use to the high kicker. If it’s was lower by several inches, it would make the scooter simpler to ride. Also, a back-up option would be excellent.
